Lead Product Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
o Develop websites and integrations that support business strategy and requirements, emphasizing quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. o Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology. o Aid in designing, planning, and executing future systems and decreasing technical debt in current systems. o Assist as needed in identifying IT standards and policies and ensuring they are followed and enforced. o Enforcement of coding standards and best practices. o Follow the process of entering and tracking implementation information, including work items and tasks in the Team Foundation Server (TFS). o Become the subject matter expert on every aspect of our technology stack. o Coach new team members as necessary.
Qualifications:
o Minimum 5 years of Experience with Sitecore CMS implementation and development. o Experienced with Sitecore 8 and above. o 10
total years of Experience in software design and implementation. o 5
years of Experience with object-oriented design and implementation with expert Knowledge of OO languages (C#), distributed systems, and web services. o Minimum 8 years of C# and MS SQL Server (T-SQL) o Minimum 5 years developing with .NET MVC, JSON, and jQuery/JavaScript o Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum o Experience using Sitecore personalization features. o Experience with source control systems like TFS and GIT. o Experience with front-end web technologies. o Experience with CI/CD Pipeline. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. o Knowledge of design patterns and how to apply them. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively. o Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus. o Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. o Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems. o Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form. #LI-Remote
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
