Job Description:
o Must have 5
years of management experience. This is an on-site role. The company requires on-site workers to be fully vaccinated absent a legally required exemption approved by the vendor. o Exceptions to the vendor vaccine requirement apply in states that have laws concerning employer vaccine mandates. o 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager of enterprise-wide software implementations in complex and large corporate environments with multiple stakeholders o 5 to 10 years of experience working with technical applications and/or information systems, or equivalent, including 5
years in managing technology projects, including vendor application implementation and data migration projects o Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Teams, MS Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management tools (Clarity, Smartsheet, etc.). o Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment. o Proven ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well-communicated expectations. o Proven strong negotiating and consensus-building abilities. o Proven delivery application portfolios inclusive of XaaS technologies and on-prem solutions. o Proven ability to manage project financials o Prior experience with Legal applications is desired o Defines and creates a project plan for the project, including prioritization and implementation o Defines scope and deliverables for vendor participant agreements o Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, and risk o Partners with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria o Facilitates all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of the project o Assesses and resolves all high priority project risks as they are encountered o Continually apprises relevant business stakeholders of project status o Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies issues, and devises contingency plans o Identifies, manages and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team o Provides frequent on-site monitoring and enforcement of schedules, milestones, and vendor accountability o Conducts meetings with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization to validate understanding of business goals and effectively communicate the business strategy o Collaborates with stakeholders (consisting of the business sponsor, user groups, Enterprise Technology, and vendors) to define the project objective and goals, detailed scope, approach, resource requirements, risks, and communications strategy o Aligns rollout strategy across multiple stakeholder groups o Leads effective status meetings which communicate overall project status and define actions required to keep the project within scope, schedule, and budget o Publishes weekly status reports that provide project progress reports to the project team and stakeholders o Manages vendor progress and deliverables o Ensures vendor contractual obligations are met o Acts as the first checkpoint for the quality delivered by the vendor before user acceptance testing o Gains a deep knowledge of requirements and ensures product and vendor deliverables meet requirements o Monthly project financial reporting, create excel actual and forecast financial status reporting must have proven experience in working in a matrix environment and managing multiple stakeholders o Skilled in distilling insights from data and synthesizing and crafting compelling presentations for executive audiences, both financial and non-financial o Demonstrated excellence in verbal/written communication capabilities and foundational presentation skills. o Displays aptitude to understand and execute project-related financial tasks. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
