As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide level II and III service desk support to end-users and serve as a technical oversight/escalation path for existing service desk team members.
A focus on resolving root-cause issues instead of band-aids is essential.
Administer and monitor core platforms including vSphere 6.

x, Active Directory/Azure AD, network switching/routing/edge security, remote monitoring, and patch management, etc.
Work with the current IT team and COO on improving and automating onboarding/offboarding including provisioning, software deployment, and endpoint lifecycles Participate in group discussions regarding IT initiatives such as application selections, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT governance Document technical procedures and user guides Work comfortably from one of five California offices through a hybrid work model (Watsonville, Santa Barbra, Glendale, San Diego, El Centro) with infrequent travel (twice yearly) to each office
Qualifications:

years of relevant experience in a role with a significant end-user-facing component BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems Administration, or a related field Completion of one or more Microsoft certifications is preferable:
MS-900, MD-100 and MD-101, MS-100 and MS-101, MS-203, MS-700, or AZ-900 Excellent Microsoft 365 experience with a focus on Azure AD, Teams, and Intune Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service focus, especially with end-users and non-technical stakeholders Strong workstation, server, and network diagnostic skills Strong outside-the-box critical thinking when faced with end-user or application challenges Strong knowledge of core network functionalities (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) Additional Information:

Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, certifications, and geography.
