This position reports to Salvador Acevedo, IT Manager.
The schedule for this job would be Wednesday to Saturday from 10:
00am to 7:
00pm and Sundays from 10am-6pm.

Qualifications Entry level IT experience with desktop support Windows Domain server experience Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware products Collaborative and able to adapt quickly Some college and technical education Current Driver's License with a clean driving record Job Responsibilities Assist the IT Manager with performing routine technological systems support, maintenance and testing for proper upkeep of systems Trouble-shoot system software and hardware issues, network failures and conflicts Coordinate problem escalation to the appropriate customer support group Assist with building and repairing computers; maintains them running as needed Set up and maintain workstations, electronic equipment (printers/copiers) and antivirus systems Provide technical end-user support as requested Assist in the move and transition of all end-user hardware and phone systems (VoIP) Physical Requirements Surroundings:
Work is usually performed in air-conditioned office areas and in the mechanical workshop where there is exposure to drafts, noise, and fumes from vehicles.
Work is occasionally performed outside under adverse weather conditions.
On a regular basis:
Standing, walking, bending, twisting and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching and/or lifting overhead, grabbing with hands, pushing and pulling Note To qualify for employment, the final candidate must submit to a pre-employment investigation that includes a background check, MVR, & drug testing.
