Preflight Technician for a Printing Company
Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and technically inclined individual who will review digital files to ensure that they meet technical specifications and quality standards for printing.
Desired Candidate Attributes Review Digital Files:
The preflight technician will review digital files, including artwork, images, and text, to ensure that they meet technical specifications and are suitable for printing or publishing.
Check for errors:
The preflight technician will check digital files for errors, such as missing fonts, low-resolution images, or incorrect color settings.
Verify compliance:
The preflight technician will verify compliance with brand guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as check for legal and copyright issues.
Communication:
Work with designers, account managers and customers to resolve any technical or quality issues.
Knowledge of PSD, AI and In-Design programs.
Preferred experience with any CRM software tools.
