We are looking for a full-time Inventory Accounting clerk.
Summary:
The Inventory Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the dealership's inventory in the dealership accounting system.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Processes all new vehicles and used vehicle inventory.
Reconciles the vehicle physical inventory against general ledger.
Processes used vehicle purchases.
Processes Dealer Trades.
Monitors parts and service internals which affect inventory accounts.
Processes vehicle citations / violations.
Processes low payoff & equity checks.
Processes all outside vehicle purchases.
Monitors and reconciles schedules for accuracy on a weekly basis.
Maintains an accurate and current filing system.
Completes timely end-of-month accounting processing, reconciliations, and reports.
Interacts with store personnel to resolve issues.
Meet expectations of managers and clearly communicates work.
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
Automotive or related experience preferred.
Prior ADP/CDK experience preferred, but not required.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Must work well with a team.
Must be a highly organized, detail oriented multi-tasker.
Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Valid Driver's license.
