Responsibilities:
Provide customer support over the phone in a call center environment Perform member/customer transactions on checking and savings accounts and process payments, etc.
Ability to focus on and resolve customers issue's Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand/ high volume workloads Requirements:
1 year of call center experience within a credit union or bank High school diploma required! Symitar experience preferred! Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skill Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
