What you'll do Answer incoming lead calls from interested customers, engage them with enthusiasm, provide them with a description of our services and pricing and book them into open appointment slots.
Troubleshoot daily schedule, working collaboratively with various teams and employees.
Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, verifying and adjusting billing as needed Run daily reports, reviewing for accuracy and completion.
Complete closing reports and close out office each day.
Help to resolve customer concerns, complaint calls or damages.

Qualifications:
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
Associates Degree preferred Type a minimum 40 wpm Minimum 5 years of customer service experience Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel Excellent English Grammar (spoken and written) Ability to problem solve and handle minor customer complaints Must have a valid California Driver's License Bondable and able to pass background check.
