Responsibilities:
Engage and greet customers with a friendly and welcoming approach, building lasting relationships.
Assist customers in finding the perfect riding gear and accessories to meet their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
Process sales transactions, handle cashiering duties, and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Maintain inventory by stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.

Requirements:
Self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for motorcycles.
Willingness to become knowledgeable and proficient in riding gear and accessories.
Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and a natural ability to connect with customers.
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle industry (2 years preferred).
Extroverted, uninhibited, unreserved, and demonstrative qualities.
Desire to be a part of a winning team and strive to be the best in the industry.
