Job
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to customers by answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner Place and/or facilitate customer orders, resolve any and all customer concerns, respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot Intake customer orders daily via phone, fax and email Service internal requests and communicate effectively with support staff Responsible for providing a wide array of administrative support to office needs Requirements (please do not apply if requirements aren't met):
Minimum 1 year customer service and/or office experience Excellent customer service Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Excellent written and verbal skills Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize Ability to multi-task a MUST Ability to work as a team as well as independently Must be computer and email literate.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks is a plus but not required A background check and drug test Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Full-time Monday-Friday 8:
30am-5pm This is not a remote from home position.
