JOB SUMMARY Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, heavy calendar management, overseeing all assigned projects and performing minor clerical functions such as arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with priorities frequently changing.
Flexibility and reliability are key, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Administrative Assistant acts as an important liaison between upper management and clinics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees all projects and special assignments as identified by the Senior Executive Committee.
Supervision of office clerk.
Prepares agenda items; takes and transcribes minutes of meetings as requested.
Coordinates off-site meetings.
Maintains multiple conference room calendars.
Orders supplies, process purchase orders.
Prepares monthly reporting and productivity reports.
Works with Clinic Managers to adjust provider schedules pertaining to meetings, conferences etc.
Assists in the coordination of peer reviews.
Maintains Clinical Practice Guideline updates and disseminates to providers.
Revises protocols, policies and procedures and forms as needed.
Maintains and creates staff and physician emails.
Assists with Provider Orientation.
Maintains CME library and manages the entire CME process.
Maintains in-service training materials, schedules and sign in sheets.
Assists in providing information for Grant applications.
Coordinates the development of medical education programs, including speaker programs, symposia and community meetings for related healthcare professionals.
Corresponds with property management as needed.
Represents the company in a professional and positive manner at conferences, seminars or meetings.
Patient Satisfaction Survey process.
Order and track flu vaccines.
Performs other assigned duties.
Requirements:
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 4 years of administrative experience.
PAY RATE:
$20-24/hr

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
