Our office is a fast-paced property damage law firm looking for an experienced administrative specialist to assist clients in the claim process.
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.
An administrative assistant is the first point of contact for our clients.
The primary responsibility for this position is to provide and ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while answering inbound and making outbound calls to clients and insurance companies.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answers all incoming calls in a courteous, welcoming, professional, and timely manner -Coordinate inspections for new clients -Gather new client demographics, insurance information, and documents accurately.
-Enter all necessary client information into our system database.
-Gather various documents pertaining to client cases.
-Screen new client calls' and gather key facts for the attorney.
-Create and send electronic documents to client for E-Signature.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
