Glendale, CA Glendale, CA Full-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour This job requires someone who can provide fast and friendly customer service by scheduling jobs for our services - in a friendly, casual office environment.
Must have familiarity with Greater Los Angeles area, the Valley, Beach cities, etc.
for efficient scheduling - or be able to pick up on it quickly - can use google maps to get familiar with locations.
Must be able to communicate with customers in an upbeat manner.
Must answer incoming calls, e-mails and text messages and must make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments.
Also, will be communicating with technicians via e-mail, text message and phone relating to scheduling and appointment issues.
This is a great job for someone who likes a fast-paced job, loves to organize and likes to talk with people.
Also, must be comfortable with changes as schedules do change to accommodate customers and crew demands.
Must have a basic knowledge of computers and experience using basic software systems and have a desire to learn.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
