As the Assistant to the Vice President, Corporate Management Audit for The Walt Disney Company or Chief Audit Executive (CAE), you will have broad reaching insights into the organization as you coordinate key meetings with executives across the Company, manage confidential communications, and work alongside a team of talented finance and IT audit professionals.
The Corporate Management Audit group is responsible for developing and executing a worldwide, risk-based Internal Audit Plan for the Company, as well as monitoring and assessing the risks associated with the Company's internal control environment, including as it relates to the Company's strategic objectives and growth plans.
This role sees globally what is happening at the Company and gives you an opportunity to learn about the business.
You will partner with various C-Suite offices in this position so we need a team player who has experience working as an executive assistant.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Redefine and evolve the back-office processes so that the CAE's capacity and effectiveness is maximized Understand the day's priorities so you can be strategic about how to support the leader and handle urgent matters, direct phone calls or email requests, schedule meetings/video chats/conference rooms Manage a dynamic calendar including complex meeting proposals requiring significant coordination and follow up, including interaction with TWDC Senior Staff and assistants Prepare leader for meetings by familiarizing yourself with the relevant topic or project, researching and organizing materials, addressing action items, communicating with meeting participants Advance projects led by the CAE, including following up with staff members, preparing meeting notes associated with critical projects and work efforts, prepare regular report-outs on status of projects Work collaboratively with the direct reports of the CAE and their staff on the annual audit planning process, executive reporting processes, and department meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and materials, managing logistics for meetings, events and training classes Manage the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of both domestic and international business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, and remote support of executives who are out of the office Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information, remembering that Disney is a publicly traded company Prepare general reconciliations of accounts and vendor billings, process invoices and purchase orders, prepare and track travel & entertainment expense reports in a timely manner Required Experience and Education:
At least 3 years supporting a senior executive preferably in a large dynamic environment Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Concur, and video conferencing technology Required-Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience Some of the perks we offer include:

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $60,352 to $80,960 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
