HIGH-TECH ACCOUNTING HIGH-TECH ACCOUNTING Glendale, CA Glendale, CA Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour 21 hours ago 21 hours ago 21 hours ago Qualifications The successful candidate should have strong computer, communication and organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and being bilingual (English and Armenian) is a must Administrative/receptionist experience is preferred Unwavering attention to detail, adherence to the firm's values and principles and maintaining the confidentiality of client information The ability to effectively meet deadlines by managing/coordinating simultaneous projects and successfully prioritizing multiple tasks with good judgment Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Great organizational, client relationship and management skills Ability to follow directions, ask questions and make suggestions Responsibilities Answers and screens all incoming calls and greets clients Open, sort and distribute mail Orders office supplies and maintain office equipment Assist partners with miscellaneous requests Maintain reception area clean and organized Assist staff with copying and scanning File and maintain paper and electronic files Generate and deliver monthly invoices Assist with collection efforts Assist office manager with coordinating events and trainings Assist with creating and managing client ID, projects, and tasks Manage partners' calendars and coordinate meetings Other general administrative duties Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
