APAMB is seeking an office assistant to join our staff who can work at least 2 days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm.
This is a part-time position.
We are looking for a reliable, organized self-starter with a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Complete administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, scanning, making copies, greeting clients, retrieving and receiving mail Maintaining documents, supplies, equipment, and kitchen area, as necessary Assisting with billing and new client set up Running errands, as needed Requirements:
Part-time; able to start immediately (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Availability from 8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm, two days a week to start Proficient in Microsoft applications, primarily Word and Excel Phone experience, ideally in an office setting Transportation Hours per week:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
