Nurse Manager Neurosurgery Clinic
A large Southern California Healthcare organization is actively seeking a NurseManager to oversee their Neurosurgery Clinic, adjacent to their world class MedicalCenter.
The Nurse Manager Neurology Ambulatory Care Clinic, will report to the Nurse DirectorAmbulatory Care Services, and will be responsible for 50 FTE's.
The Neurology Clinic Practice Manager will be joining a prestigious medical center thathas been recognized for their excellence in Ambulatory Clinic Services.
This NeurologyClinic offers a wide range of services including adult specialty clinics, general neurology,and state of the art laboratories.
Patients cared for with this clinic include those withneurological disorders including Alzheimer's, dementia, epilepsy, Parkinson's andHuntington's diseases, tremor, sleep disorders, neuromuscular conditions, headache,and, multiple sclerosis.
As the Manager of our Ambulatory Neurosurgery Center, you will play a pivotal role inoverseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the provision of high-quality patientcare.
Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of management, fromcoordinating patient flow and scheduling surgeries to recruiting, training, andsupervising our dedicated team of neurosurgeons, nurses, medical assistants, andadministrative staff.
In addition to efficiently managing resources and maintaining apositive work environment, you will be tasked with monitoring the center's budget,negotiating contracts with vendors, and implementing cost-effective solutions to ensurefinancial stability.
The neurosurgery clinic is a specialized medical facility where patients with neurologicaldisorders or conditions receive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment fromneurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals trained in neurosurgery.
