Job DescriptionPublic Storage is looking for a Manager, Organizational Readiness to work out of the corporate office located in Glendale, CA.
The Manager, Organizational Readiness will support engagement and adoption with an emphasis on employee experience, digital technology enablement, and innovation.
This person should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and flexibility will be key to their success
Responsibilities:
Drive associate engagement & adoption of key initiatives and capabilities Design and deliver effective comprehensive communication plans that drive engagement and adoption Drive the implementation of high-level initiatives and serve as an internal information and communications hub for organizational projects and changes.
Design change management solutions appropriate to create readiness Performs research, analysis to supplement and assist initiatives, projects and programs ensure organizational readiness.
Identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve business practices, and prioritize resources in the areas that will deliver the greatest impact.
Conducting process reviews to understand dependencies and define ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Optimize new operating models and changes, leverage organizational capabilities CompensationBase Pay Range:
$120,000 - $160,000Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Proven experience executing on multiple tasks simultaneously.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
