30 PM to 11 PM shift for Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun.
) to join our Team! Glen Park's mission is to provide caring, dignified, and affordable services to seniors in our community.
The Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the Glen Park Retirement community.
The ability to provide compassionate customer service is required of the Receptionist.
Requires an understanding and commitment to the principles and values of the community.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors.
Answer incoming calls and route as appropriate.
Screen calls to ensure proper routing.
Support and assist with office matters as directed by the Business Office Manager.
Customer service contact for tenant questions and concerns.
Ensure clean and presentable office space at all times.
Other duties as assigned Other Requirements:
MUST HAVE CLEAR BACKGROUND RECORD ( PASS DOJ/FBI FINGERPRINT LIVE SCAN) PROVIDE NEGATIVE TB TEST PROVIDE NEGATIVE COVID TEST (even if vaccinated) Weekends will be required for this position.
Potentially work holidays as needed Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Ability to work as a positive team member.
Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
