First point of contact to interested customers inquiring about our educational programs and services in-person or over the phone.
(No cold calling required).
Will be responsible for knowledge of all our products and services to better serve and assist our customers.
Responsible for selling all company services, closing deals and processing payments.
Will be required to meet monthly sales quota, minimum call volumes, and closing ratios.
Will be responsible for follow-up with leads and return any necessary calls.
Must have excellent oral communication and best practices in customer services when interacting with our customers.
Must be comfortable greeting customers, creating rapport, and closing sales.
Requirements:
Education:
Must have a high school diploma Customer Service:

Experience:
2 years Spanish:
(Required) Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (Outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.
Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:
