Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products' (DPEP's) in-house Digital Media Strategy & Activation team is looking for a Senior Manager, Programmatic Media Strategy & Activation.
Our team sits on the brand/media buying side.
Reporting to the Director, you will lead our DPEP in-house Programmatic Trading and Ad Operations teams - 15 team members in total.
This includes leading the team who directly manages all self-service programmatic display, native, streaming, audio, and DOOH in several DSPs including Yahoo, Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon.
You will also lead our team managing ad operations and trafficking work for both programmatic and site direct buys.
You will lead the Programmatic partner, platform, and technology vision for the organization.
You will also play a critical partnership role in working across our organization including with our in-house creative agency Yellow Shoes, in-house Analytics team CIMA, and partner with our media agency Publicis on a cohesive programmatic
site direct buying strategy.
There is also an opportunity and an expectation to partner more holistically across the company with other business units outside DPEP.
You will:
Lead Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products in-house Programmatic Trading and Ad Operations teams Be our organizational expert on programmatic buying strategy, ad operations, and related ad technology Build strong partnerships across DPEP organization with Yellow Shoes, CIMA, and our media agency Work on holistic partnerships across company including Disney
and others Chart organizational and team vision for mastering the ever-growing and complex Programmatic space Lead Programmatic partner, platform, and technology vision Introduce the most recent and relevant Programmatic approaches into the organization You Will have:

years digital marketing experience Buy-side Programmatic Media and Ad Operations expert Extensive management and leadership experience Cross-channel expertise beyond Programmatic to help guide larger digital media strategies Education Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Any Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Statistics degree/background is a plus.

00 to $200,200.
00 per year.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
