We are looking to expand our team and would highly appreciate the requirements listed below:
Seeking experienced, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join our friendly work environment.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
During busy season(summer, fall) expected to handle 50-100 phone calls per day with the help of other office staff members.
Need to be computer savvy and have Office(Microsoft) experience.
Need to have good customer service, communication skill, and fluent in English(Spanish, Armenian is a highly recommended).
Will also be dealing/scheduling with customers through email as well.
Will sometimes process paperwork on a specific portal (will be trained) Job Type:
