-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives -Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.
-Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
-Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
-Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
-Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies.
-Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws - Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to influence and drive change - Proven experience in process improvement initiatives - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Requirements:
