About the Role and Team:
Be Part of the Story at The Walt Disney Company as the Senior Manager, Licensed Product Design Operations! This role is part of the Global Product Strategy and Operations team, which enables and supports the Global Product team.
The Operations part of the organization is accountable for project management and operations across multiple channels and regions including ongoing automation, process improvement and optimization to ensure the work--and related teams--are operating effectively and efficiently.
The Senior Manager, Licensed PD Operations role specifically will be responsible for leading product design operations for the North America Licensing teams.
This individual will partner with many key internal stakeholders including Product Design, Studio Relations Operations, Brand Commercialization, Regional Commercialization, and Content Providers among others.
This role reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
Be responsible for operations for Product Design functions including development metrics analyses, project management of timelines and workflows, and support of specific team activities Supervise ad-hoc and as-needed Legal/BA/Trademark/Music clearance process for Product Design Lead work to continually capture and analyze data sets related to design workload and other related subjects Be responsible for a team of project management specialists Enhance efficiency and optimization of processes to support licensed product design through the ongoing development cycles Develop, document, and adapt harmonized processes for licensed product design as needed Lead product design style guide inputs process Enable product design teams with new and existing system adoption, usage, and troubleshooting Think strategically with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving Liaise with Content providers, Brand and Regional Commercialization Regions Continually evaluate processes to improve efficiencies by using technology Lead team's development, ensuring team members receive training, mentorship, and performance feedback Required Qualifications and Skills:

years in Project Management leadership role Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead an experienced team Dynamic personality able to engage and influence a variety of partners at all levels of the business Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external partners A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables Business acumen, sound decision-making, analytical and organizational skills in fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing deliverables on multiple projects Analytically-minded with Excel proficiency in basic data analysis and insight generation Solid organizational skills; able to juggle and prioritize projects and tasks Strong teammate who works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions Flexible to change while able to lead and support multiple projects concurrently Proactive and demonstrates initiative to lead day-to-day work-flow with minimal supervision Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeRetail experience Benefits and Perks:

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
