The individual selected for this position will be responsible for performing both call center representative and medical receptionist duties such as:
Collecting and documenting patient information, and assisting with examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform medical administrative support tasks such as calling patients, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals.
- Assist with coding and billing processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilizing medical instruments and disposing of hazardous materials.
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
