LLG is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum 3 years of employment litigation experience to join our employment litigation team.
The attorney will be responsible for, among other things, drafting pleadings, motions, written discovery, attending depositions, court appearances, and other procedures related to client matters as outlined in the Responsibilities section below.
We are looking for a candidate with an upbeat personality who is looking for a place to grow as a litigator and has a passion to work on exciting cases.
Responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings and other documents Communicating with clients and managing their cases Managing calendars and deadlines for various cases Drafting motions, oppositions, and replies Researching relevant authority using Westlaw Preparing discovery requests and responses including meet and confers letters Attending depositions (taking and defending) Attending court hearings LLG recently moved into a newly remodeled suite in a high-rise office building in the heart of Glendale, CA.
