In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Create and maintain an organized filing system Greet and assist clients as they arrive Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person Schedule appointments and maintain calendar Organize meetings and take accurate minutes Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately Perform basic bookkeeping activities Contribute to company reports Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
