Central Supply Clerk

We are a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking qualified Central Supply Clerks to join our team!
Central Supply Clerk Requirements:
Experience as a Central Supply Clerk (or ability to grasp job position quickly) in a Skilled Nursing Facility, or similar is not required but preferred
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with Booster shots
Internet savvy, ability to navigate websites for ordering supplies
Bilingual in English and another language (preferred)
Central Supply Clerk Primary
Responsibilities:
Organizes and maintains the facility's primary central supply area and supply sub-stations
Be able to navigate Medline online ordering and other supplier websites to order products to make sure we are fully stocked for daily needs
The employee must be able to regularly lift, and/or move up to 40 pounds
Inventories the main central supply area on a monthly basis and places orders weekly or as needed
Ensures that supply purchases are in accordance with contract/agreed pricing
Ensures central supplies are stored in the following categories: ‚ Chargeable ‚ Sterile ‚ Internals ‚ Non-Chargeable ‚ Non-Sterile ‚ Externals
Ensures that chargeable central supplies are labeled according to facility policy
Ensures there is a central supply control book at each nurses station
Keeps central supply equipment clean and well maintained; i.e. suction machine, blood pressure equipment, enteral feeding pumps, etc.
Marks equipment whether it is clean or dirty
Maintains oxygen supplies, tanks and equipment and orders necessary oxygen supplies and equipment from the vendor
Maintains Central Supply area so that no product is on the floor; items must be stored only on shelves, pallets, or in an appropriate area
And any other duties that may be assigned based on facility needs

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
