As an Operations Assistant, you will interact with multiple departments - from assisting with customer service, shipping and general day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling, processing invoices/billing, ordering supplies.
Contribute to improving quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process.
?Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide general customer service and assist the Operations Manager with the processing of orders and deliveries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A successful applicant must be diligent, responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working closely and communicating with others in the team.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Is flexible and resourceful to get the job done.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must.
