Modern office setting Growth opportunities Medical Office Assistant Duties:
- Scheduling patients for physician consultation.
-Upkeeping correspondence with Law firms and other offices.
- Organizing and filing paperwork in correspondence to the flow of patients.
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to:
data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Transcribe notes and documents as needed.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers as required.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Spanish or Armenian is preferred.
