- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and follow-ups - Assist with patient registration and check-in process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care - Provide administrative support to medical and dental office staff - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients - Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Proficient in medical office procedures and protocols - Knowledge of dental office operations is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively Note:
