We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Regional Recruiter to design and execute on a variety of recruiting strategies and campaigns. The primary focus of this position is to hire top-notch Sales talent into BSD's production roles with an emphasis on recruiting from outside the industry.

Fully own and manage a full cycle, Regional requisition workload
Proven passive recruiting experience either in an agency or recruitment outsourcing environment preferred. Corporate experience required.
Build and maintain a network of potential passive and active candidates through pro-active labor market and industry research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates
Responsible for scanning the marketplace for trends and obtaining information on competitive positioning. May make recommendations regarding how this information could affect hiring plans and/or sourcing strategies
Responsible for mastering the use of recruiting tools and technologies (Taleo, LinkedIn, etc) to remain at the forefront of talent acquisition. Research and recommend the use of other vendors that may improve the effectiveness of recruiting and/or sourcing activities. May provide testing or manage the rollout of a new tool or technology to the field
Build strong relationships with hiring managers through proactive scheduling of meetings and phone contact, take detailed job specifications understand the hiring community's core business and apply best practice customer service procedures.
Effectively tell the company story and articulate the value proposition along with describing a compelling career path and compensation potential for sales talent
Balance strategic thinking with the ability to get things done within a rapidly changing work environment
Enhance performance metrics and reporting to assist businesses in planning and sourcing
Provide project leadership of recruitment campaigns
Partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners and other members of the Human Resources Team on projects as necessary
Define and align hiring strategy with business requirements
Design and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs
Ensure accountability to the business as appropriate
Increase talent acquisition sources and quality, reducing reliance on recruitment agencies
Train hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and processes
Provide appropriate tracking and analysis of sourcing methods, as well as regular reporting of activity and results to management.
Organize, lead and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with candidates.
Utilize all social media platforms to enhance recruitment strategies
Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years of recruiting experience in an Insurance, Risk Management Consulting, Sales or comparable professional service industry
Successful and proven passive recruiting experience in a high volume, consultative environment
Detail oriented, high level of accuracy in work product, with exemplary organizational skills, and track record of consistently meeting commitments
Balanced, strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, and be able to deal effectively with ambiguity and constant change
Highly flexible, self-starter, proactive, responsive, resourceful, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Relevant recruiting project management and implementation skills
Must consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, integrity and discretion
Taleo experience is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
