Lender Relations Specialist

The Lender Relations Specialist is responsible for:
Marketing all SBA lending programs and services through outreach and marketing; Conducting outreach, training, education, development, lender recruitment, consultation and working with assigned lenders in the District; A wide variety of activities to support the team to various organizations and small businesses; Furthering the SBA mission and assisting with the implementation of best practices. Local Marketing duties may be assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. GS-09:
One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
assisting with all of the following:
loan proposal development, packaging, and structuring; and marketing lending programs and services; and conducting training or professional development; and growing and developing a customer base; and using a variety of software applications and technologies in all aspects of the job. These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
