Utilizes numerous computer applications, systems and databases, including Computerized Patient Record Systems (CPRS). Experience sorting, scanning and accurately indexing documents in a healthcare facility Identifies and prepares records for retention and disposition. Protects the confidentiality of patient information, access to computer files and release of access codes, according to established guidelines and policies. Performs clerical duties, including, for example, the use of computerized records tracking, associated with the retention, maintenance, disposition, and control of administrative and medical records. Maintains a system of paper medical records and retrieves and delivers records or documents from such system upon request from persons having right of access. Work Schedule:

Experience:
MUST possess one (1) year of progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of this position. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR
Experience:
MUST possess two (2) years of successfully completed education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED) OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND
Experience:
MUST possess equivalent combinations of successfully completed post-high education and experience, as described above, and may be used to meet the total experience requirement of the GS-4 level. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
