VP - Sales and Market Development

Job Description We are seeking a strategic leader to help grow our Southern California home health market share. Market development will be a critical aspect of the position as well as growth in overall revenue. VP will be responsible for creation and appropriate diversification of revenue streams. This position will execute an ambitious but achievable plan that includes building upon our existing programs and expanding into new markets. Responsibilities will include. Run day-to-day management of the sales team including scheduling meetings, handling meeting logistics, creating and publishing agendas, keeping meeting notes, and publishing metrics. Seek strategic opportunities to grow our Home Health services by building partnerships with provider groups in Southern California, including bundle and preferred vendor contracts. Establish key performance metrics for the Company as a whole, regions and individual team members. Work with finance team to ensure that performance indicators are reported to the Senior Management Team (SMT) on a regular basis. Assist with client communication and problem resolution. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner. Track, analyze and report referral activity by referral source and identify top priority targets. Report progress on these top accounts to the SMT. Regularly communicate sales performance to the senior management team and discipline poor performance when necessary Assist the CEO in building scalable sales management systems (enough to give PE partners confidence that our growth is controllable, repeatable and scalable) capable of cost-effectively generating the growth required by the strategic plan, including documenting job descriptions for the sales and marketing team, documenting workflows and designing metrics reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or a related field. Master's in Business Administration may be highly desired. 4-7 years in social entrepreneurship, business/program development experience, or marketing/sales. Proven result record, demonstrated leadership, persuasive and team building skills, strong presentation capabilities, impeccable customer service skills, and flexibility to adapt to different business expectations, challenges and goals also a must. More than 2 years' experience in managerial or leadership role. Ability to travel 50%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
