Technical Analyst

Job Description Technical Analyst Based in Glendale, CA the Optimization Analyst will support efforts to increase revenue and interactions within our clients websites and mobile apps through A/B testing and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have a deep understanding of user testing principles, be comfortable using qualitative & quantitative data to inform decisions, have experience managing projects for web & mobile app, experience building clear and concise stories and presentations, and a successful track record of creating strong relationships with partners. Responsibilities o Partner with testing strategy leads, stakeholders, and creative leads to facilitate & contribute to creative development of optimization projects (including A/B tests). o Provide informed, collaborative and decisive feedback to creative partners to ensure projects remain in scope and on schedule. o Work with Stakeholders to gather information and secure approvals. o Develop and track project schedules, and communicate updates with internal product, analytics and development partners. o With Product partners, optimize internal processes to ensure efficient and accurate project delivery. o Create powerful and concise presentations at various levels. Basic Qualifications o 3-5 years of experience in A/B testing, optimization, eCommerce, and/or digital marketing o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Strong Project Management skills o Strong understanding of statistical testing methodology and web analytics Volt is an equal opportunity employer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
