Job Description Ref ID: 00291 Phone number blocked Classification: Human Resources (HR) Manager Compensation: $23.75 to $30.00 hourly A hospital in the San Gabriel area is in need of an HR Generalist to join their team. This role would be ONSITE. The main function of the HR Generalist is to implement, coordinate and administer various Human Resources policies and procedures related to talent acquisition. This would include onboarding, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations and other employee processes. The HR Generalist would be responsible to collect and analyze HR data and develop recommendations based upon findings. Process information and paperwork for assigned functional areas and prepares employee communications for HR changes to policies procedure and total rewards. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree - At least 3+ years of progressive HR experience - CHHR or PHR certification Day to Day duties: -Ensures regulatory compliance by scheduling administering and tracking new hire orientation including follow-up with leaders of outstanding or delinquent orientation checklists to include first day orientation department orientation and general orientation. -Performs a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to data entry and collection filing responding to customer telephone calls scanning documents and facilitating correspondence. -Backs up the front desk area and assists others throughout the department. -Assists with the maintenance of integrity of all personnel files in compliance with legal and regulatory practices. -Takes responsibility for a variety of monthly quarterly and annual reports and measurable outcomes for leadership. -Performs specific job-related duties including acting as a liaison with corporate centers of excellence such as integrated absence management to ensure effective oversight of employee leaves of absence -Acts as a liaison between internal and external personnel. -Tracks and reports on licensure and certification house wide in accordance with regulatory requirements. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
