Job Summary: Disney's Games and Interactive Experiences (GIE) team is responsible for licensing all digital products and connected experiences across Consumer Products, Games and Publishing (CPGP). The Interactive Experiences team works in close partnership with our Third-Party Commercialization team, Disney Publishing Worldwide and regional colleagues. These partnerships enable the team to leverage The Walt Disney Company's (TWDC) existing digital expertise, capabilities and relationships with key industry partners to create value and further position CPGP for continued growth through innovative products and experiences. The Director, Product Management will lead the team responsible for defining, executing, and overseeing the development of digital and connected experiences for the mobile and wearable categories and will provide product support to our key licensing partners. The Director will lead ongoing management and resource allocations of software products, product development cycles, contract negotiations and developer relations. Responsibilities: Critical owner and driver of the end-to-end product lifecycle, strategy, and business to maximize the emerging mobile and wearable tech business. Serve as subject matter expert for product analysis and ensures product decisions are based on data. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with licensees and external partners to drive established business results. Collaborate with GIE leaders and key business units to understand, interpret, and deliver against established financial goals to maximize revenue. Think outside the box to consider new and innovative features that will significantly improve key metrics and maximize customer lifetime value. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across the CPCG including Business Development, Communications, Franchise, Legal and Marketing. Coordinate resources throughout the organization to ensure schedules and deliverables meet defined objectives and quality standards. Create an environment where team members are challenged and motivated. Effectively deploy team resources and achieves results through delegation. Achieve best-in-class for execution. Monitor, report, and react to key metrics in order to ensure consistent product improvement. Basic Qualifications: 10 years of progressive product development experience In a related technology environment Intimate knowledge of the digital representation of TWDC IP in multiple formats - AR, 2D, 3D, etc. Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to inspire and manage multiple teams and projects Proven success working with tech licensees Possess strong sense of ownership, flexibility, urgency and maturity Demonstrated keen judgment to make solid business decisions founded on market research Skilled at managing through data ambiguity to generate non-obvious insights Proven data analysis skills, including multivariate testing theory and competitive analysis Strong organizational and analytical skills; proven attention to detail Outstanding creativity and drive: excellent written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of The Walt Disney Company brands and franchises Required Education BA/BS degree in related fieldSalary Range: $200K -- $250K Minimum QualificationBrand Marketing & Management
