The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the strategy and execution of the client program. This includes the Amplity Health's overall financial program deliverables and performance. Also, this includes an oversight of all divisions including Commercial, Remote Engagement, Medical, Market Access, VA, and any other group, division or role tied to the entire client program. The General Manager will work regularly with the client and Amplity internal key stakeholders including Finance, Compliance, HR, TA, Operations, Technology and the Senior Leadership team. The General Manager will partner with the client setting strategic vision and execution. The General Manager will work closely with client leadership to support all program goals, help translate program requirements in operational tasks for successful execution of contractual deliverables, and delivery of results. In addition, the GM will: Set strategic vision across all Amplity business units to drive profitability and overall company performance exceeding client expectations Communicate team objectives in ways that promote teamwork and create a strong sense of shared goals among team members. Lead for high performance Provide leaderships Effectively manage budgets, collaboration internally and externally for overall program success Partner successfully with internal partners including HR, Finance, Project Management, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Training, Senior Leadership as well as client leadership and key stakeholders. Develop, implement, delegate workload and employee leadership assignments, ensuring all client program deliverables for each division achieve Client/Amplity objectives. Evaluate employee performance and metrics, workload and outputs while ensuring compliance with policies and processes and addressing issues through corrective action process as they arise. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and engage/work with Compliance to resolve issues and follow up with disciplinary action when needed. Ensure that our employees fully comply with all laws, regulations and policies, code of conduct, terms and conditions prescribed in the Sample Administration Agreements, PDMA, Guidelines, and all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA Degree from an accredited university required Master's Degree a plus Minimum 10-12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience Minimum 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience with a steady progression of career progression of increased responsibility Corporate office rotation or experience WHC experience highly preferred Anti-infective experience a plus CSO Management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to create and deliver professional and impactful presentations Minimum second line leadership experience Successful track record recruiting, hiring, managing, building high performing teams for both individual and management roles Full understanding of industry regulations and compliance Strong ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and well-rounded background working with multiple divisions within the pharmaceutical organization Energetic drive to succeed motivating others to overachieve Prior launch experience Experience developing business plans and delivering to customers, senior leadership and direct reports Track record of success meeting and exceeding sales/ performance goals Must be able to successfully complete client training and meet training expectations in order to proceed to leading the team within the parameters of the program. Willingness to travel to work related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend). A valid driver's license and safe driving record. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
