Responsibilities About this opportunity: Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, JCAHO and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. The Instrument Room Technician is a member of the surgical team who works with surgeons, anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, and other members of the surgical team in relation to the preparation of the surgical supplies, and care and handling of surgical instrumentation, pre, and post-operatively. Maintains patient safety and embraces diversity by displaying sensitivity to different cultures and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum one year experience in Sterile Processing Department in Acute Care facility. High school diploma or GED. Sterile Processing certification preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
