Job Description:
Answer all incoming telephone calls to the telephone center promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all members receive the accurate information they need in a timely and professional manner.
Requires ability to use the telephone system, excellent hearing, and oral skills.
Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally, including returning all telephone calls by the end of the business day.
Mail member requests for information to them on the day requested.
Requires use of telephone system.
Process financial transaction requests (share withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, deposits, and accept Wire Transfers requests) while on the phone with the member.
Call the member by name, three times during each member contact, describe features and benefits, ask for the business, and thank every member for the business, to satisfy the Mystery Shop Criteria.
Cross-sell products and services, offer brochures and ask for the member's business during each contact to ensure monthly assigned sales goals are met.
Be available 6.
75 hours average on the ACD line daily.
Understand and adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, safety practices and security measures relating to one's work.
Recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve service and increase productivity.
Maintain confidentiality of all members' accounts and records by abiding to credit union and regulatory privacy policies.
Sign on Wizard daily, to ensure a thorough understanding of products/services and procedures offered by the Credit Union.
Set up and reset Touch Tel-24 and e-Branch PIN numbers, including assisting members on how to use the services.
Complete request for Check Card reorders, change of address, stop payments, etc.
, and place them to the appropriate file bin to be forwarded to the appropriate department for completion.
Use of telephone and ability to write.
Ensure all lost/stolen identification, Check Cards, Visa check cards, Visa cards or checks are reported to the appropriate department immediately via email.
Requires repetitive use of hands, phone system and Visa Terminal.

Requirements:
