The Technology Training Specialist has an essential role in the organization to help others develop skills that will make them better professionals . This role may work across many departments and with many stakeholders to ensure that, the training designed and delivered meets the needs of key customer facing operational functions and are aligned with the goals of the business. The goal of this position will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring strategic alignment of technical training for applications used by internal employees with business goals Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and create curriculum. Prepare/produce multi-media training material (presentations, videos, webinars, worksheets, quizzes, gamification, etc.) Optimizing training strategy and processes for efficiency (course objectives, exercises, prepare content, handouts, schedules, duration, etc.). Define and maintain a training archival standard to: Make training materials easily accessible as a resource for future reference by employees and maintaining training materials to ensure they are current with system updates and process changes Managing budgets and identifying resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training (including Learning Management System (LMS), intranets, content development applications) Execute training sessions and workshops in groups Develop monitoring systems to record employee's participation, survey effectiveness to make improvements. Be familiar with all the procedures, concepts related to the field. Evaluate the performance after training - ensure the employees are achieving the required objective/s. Follow up and Improve training as required including periodic workshops and tips and tricks communications. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of learning and development best practices for business applications. Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects A proven track record of training program development and management Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills and comfortable speaking to large groups BA or BS degree or related discipline or 3-5 years of proven experience in similar role and responsibilities. Professional certification, such as CPTM, CTT, is preferred Proven experience as technical trainer Experience in designing technical course content Ability to address training needs with complete courses Expert knowledge in MS Office applications (especially Word, and PowerPoint, creating training manuals/materials with table of contents, automation and screen shots) Proficient use of multi-media training/documentation tools is necessary for this role. Proficiency on any one of the following tools is plus; Camtasia, CamStudio Walk Me, Snag-It, Canva Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Prezzi/Powerpoint with automation Outstanding communication skills Working knowledge with Learning Management Systems Impressive presentation and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. They must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills. Training will be provided for use of multi-media tools as needed. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
